I made an order on Monday, June 26th which I just received. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, I found that all the products I ordered were hot (while these are products that must remain frozen or very cold: cheeses, frozen kebabs, etc.), the packages of my food was damaged and even the only ice pack put in the package contained completely hot water. In addition, an item ordered and paid for (marinated beefsteaks) was not sent to me. Can I have a return as soon as possible from you in order to resolve this situation?
