I got 20000 won of potato ship dust and thawed pies

The box was packed so poorly all the potato chips are crushed and the cold pack was so warm all the pies are thawed out. I want compensation for the damaged and unsafe products. All the other goods arrived intact and safely but for the price of the damaged goods is high. Please respond.
