However, I contacted them, and they tried to help, confirming that the problem was due to bad weather and the shipping company. They gave me two free delivery coupons for the trouble. Even though I'm still inconvenienced with my guest to attend, I appreciate their quick response. In my experience, they're a bit slow with deliveries and generally take 2-3 days to arrive, but their product collection and quality are good. If they improve their delivery system and offer free delivery for orders over 50,000 won, they could be one of the best stores in Korea.
