To whom it may concern

I ordered the 2kg pack of fresh chicken breast as well as vegetables and 2 cans of  coconut cream. My package came this morning (to the wrong entrance) and I was shocked at the state of the  contents inside. There was no ice-pack for the chicken and the styrofoam box that everything came with  contained brown water (I have pictures of this). This water went all over the contents of the box and I had to seterilize everything . I’ve ordered from  Shejang many times in the past and none of my packages came in such a bad way. Please ensure that things are packed properly in future!  I’m really disappointed as I do enjoy shopping with  Shejung and I don’t want to experience this again.
