My order was supposed to arrive yesterday (order no. 20221109-0000112) but it still hasnt arrived a day later. Shipment was supposed to be 24 hours, but no updates, tracking number or package has arrived over 48 hours after the order was made. I needed the supplies for an occasion today - whenever the groceries arrive they will be unusable.

Thank you for using shejang and we apologize for the inconvenience. In our shipping policy, if you order groceries before 2 pm, you will get it the next day before 7 am (In Dawn Delivery) and around afternoon (in Normal Delivery). If you order after 2 pm, we process the order the next day and you will get it the day after.
