When I placed the order they contact me quickly and said they didn't have two of the products. They said they would refund me the money for those two products. A week later they have only refunded the money for one of the products. It's not a lot of money but it's the principle behind it. I won't be ordering from them again.

Thank you for using shejang and we apologize for the inconvenience. The amount has been refunded in your credit card the similar day. Please note that when a product is cancelled the Shejang cash points which you used are not refunded in credit card but as cash points. Please check your reward points in "MY SHOP" and if there is still a confusion please let us know and we will fix it.
