Hi, I ordered the chicken patties and I must say those were very delicious and I surely will order in future. But I am very much disappointed with the provided service related to return amount. I ordered 7 patties and received 3 (In the month of January). I requested to return the amount in my account but still I did not receive it. I asked about it many times initially got no response but recently the concerned person replied after I asked again, that the amount has been returned and an email has been sent to me about the return confirmation. I did not receive any email or the amount. I requested to check the records and share the date of an email on which the amount was sent to me so I can recheck but I did not receive any response after that.
