When I checked I found 5 items were missing. After contacting Shejang they are telling they don't have that product thus they are unable to send me.
Why they did not inform before delivery? Why they are informing only when I am phoning to inquire.
This shows criminal intent.
What if I file a report with the police?

Thank you for using shejang. If you see the status of the missing items in your order, it's still preparing for shipment. while the rest of the items status is In shipment. We are waiting for the items to arrive in stock so that we can resend the items. Otherwise we will inform you if they are not coming in stock soon for a refund.
