I ordered three different kinds of meat and the packaging was very poor. Ice packs were attached with only one meat item. The other two were soaking wet due to thawing. The dry items were also packed along with and they were wet too. I got extremely disappointed by this. SHEJANG services used to be very good. Now their packaging quality is declining.

We do try to pack the order as well as we could but sometimes the packaging could get poor due to our negligence. We thank you for your feedback and we will make sure this doesn't happen again. Please let us know if any of the items are spoiled and we will resend them to you.
