주문한 상품중에서 몇개만 받았어요. 오래 걸릴수도 있다는 발표 보고 기드렸지만 남은 상품들 계속 안오고 도착 예정 언제 인지 그거까지 안알려줬어요. 전화해도 답이 없어요. 결국 주문취소 신청했는데 한달쯤 지났는데 아직도 환불 못받았어요. 너무 답답하고 불만족해요 다름분들 남긴 리뷰 보고 같은 말이 나와있어서 Shejang에서 다시 주문 못할거같아요. 상품 못받고 환불도 못받고 그냥 돈 버리는거랑 똑 같에요.
I requested my order to be cancelled about a month ago because only half of the things I ordered were delivered, and even after waiting I didn’t get the remaining items. It’s been a whole month and I’m really disappointed. I was relying on Shejang for a lot of products but I don’t think I’ll be shopping with them again after this. I can understand delays but I’ve had no contact, can’t get through to them on the phone either. I wanted to place another order for Ramadan but seeing the terrible service, I don’t think I’ll spend money here again just to lose it, especially after seeing how all the reviews seem to say the same thing. Very disappointing. If there’s delays or problems you should at least keep customers updated.
