I ordered three items (hummus, root beer and hibiscus tea) last February 1. However, I only received the root beer and hummus yesterday. I sent an email to your cs right away with an attached picture but I did not get any reply. I checked the status of the item and it says 'delivered' though I did not receive it. Could you please resolve this?

Thank you for using shejang and we apologize for the inconvenience. The hibiscus tea wasn't available in stock so we couldn't send it to you. We have already processed the order for a refund. You will receive an email soon.
